Acroyoga

Today our team of Activity Leaders introduced Acroyoga on school break.

Acroyoga is a physical practice which combines yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. It will help you build core strength. It will build muscles in your legs, arms, and chest. It makes you aware of your body in space. Acro Yoga may help you make quick decisions and overcome the fear of falling.
